Problem with Pop Up Window

Good morning,
I am currently having an issue with pop up windows.

When I click on a link my pop up window apppear, then I close the popup window sometimes (not always) I get the following error message:

The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable.

Can someone explain to me why I get this periodically?
