Problem with Plugin Template Cache

after i changed the server i was hosted on i can't make any template change
i read that i should add the absolut link in of the templates dir in my "plugin based template cache" options
i have that done but the problem still here
i removed the product that's is whene i found that i can't no more login the my account neather my admin panel i have the error msg
Code:

in the top of my pages and whene i want to login i got this error

what should i do ?
please help me my board is down :s
 
If you look around in the tutorial section on vb.com there is post that contains code to disable all your plugins via a code edit. This will let you get in the forum/acp. Once in scrap the template cache plug in. It's cr*p and caused the biggest screw up of my vb db i ever saw.
