Problem with "Notices".

Hi, guys. I'm trying to put a "Notices" on my site like vBTEAM, but the skin that I'm using is custom skin and the "Notices"isn't showing up.

How can I fix that problem?
 
I had the same problem at one time. Turned out I had vBOptimize installed and I had to use the Flush Cache in that section to make the notices show up. If you don't have vBOptimize installed, try flushing your browser cache.
 
I also had the same problem.

With one of the styles I have installed (Solido)- Notices do not show.

With my other styles (Green/bluefox)- they do show.,

It is style-specific whether they show or not.
 
In Browser: hold shift key and click reload/refresh

In vBOptimize: AdminCP -> vBOptimize -> Flush Cache -> click Yes and Save
 
Then it must be as h@cker said - a problem with the skin you're using. As a diagnostic measure, change to the vB default skin and see if the notices show there. If so, then your skin was not coded to show notices.
