Problem with my "View all subscribed threads"

Whenever someone clicks in their UserCP, and clicks "View all subscribed Threads"

They get the error message like they are trying to hack my forum.

Here is an example error when "View all Subscribed Threads" is clicked:

Its saying its in the "Usercp.php" file, any suggestions on fixing this?

That definitely fixed the problem. Should I even be worried about hackers? If so, are their any precautions I can take?
 
Long as you use strong passwords, you should be ok. If you're worried about hackers, you can also rename your admincp/modcp directories and pw protect them.

Also, make sure your /install directory is deleted. You don't need it.
