Problem With Importing Product XML Files

I never had a problem with this before, but all of a sudden I can't upload any products to my forums.

Every time I try, I get "No file uploaded and no local file found."

I'm also having similar problems with uploading forum skins, where they don't register the xml as being uploaded, so I figure they are linked.

Any ideas?
 
yes on your server in the includess folder make a folder called ModXmls and place all xmls in there and when importing use that path and it should fix the issues your having.
 
Well, for example, I use this path to try and get a new shoutbox:

./includes/ModsXML/product-mgc_cb_evo.xml
