Problem with formatting forms

I placed a form within a table, but it creates unnecessary space or line beneath the table (that distorts the overall appearance of the page). How can I solve this?<!--content-->The first thing you should do is let us have a little peek at the source or the site. That would help a great deal.<!--content-->
