Problem with CMPS

Hello i have a problem with cmps.I try to enter to the adress of my portal which is :
www.mysite.com/index3.php

it says:Fatal error: Call to undefined function print_portal_output() in /home/greeksh/public_html/index3.php on line 46

What can i do to fix it?

4 things cause this:

1. Your plugins are disabled
2. Your VBA CMPS is disabled in your admin CP
3. You're using an old version of VBA
4. You didn't run the install file

I press in vBA advanced Global options and it says 1||1244802321||94.68.161.79||do=modifysettings&grouptitle=adv_global||http://mysite.com/admincp/vba_cmps_admin.php?do=modifysettings||Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; el; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009042316 Firefox/3.0.10Access Denied, you have been logged.
