Problem with cChatBox

Anyone is using this chat box in his forum ? I have some strange problem -.-

after 1 week the shoutbox isn't more working it show always "Loading please wait" and it don't work , trought the admin cp i can't unistall this product or edit him when i try to edit or unistall i see this

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What can i do ?
