Problem with Battlegear

I have a 3.8.1 board and running the 3.8.0 version of battle gear from here as its the only one available.

Using the PSD I changed the logo. However, it doesnt seem to be positioned correctly afterwards. Check the attachment please.

Can someone tell me how I can sort it and also how to get the text above the logo to show correctly aswell as that doesnt seem to wanna work properly neither.

all you have to do it puch UP arrow on your keyboard ONCE while editing the LOGO! OMG!
