Problem with Apache and HOME server!

HI!
well i successfully install vBulletin 3.7.0 Beta 3 on my personal home server that is made by Apache and TWS!

but now the problem is some functions such as Search Wont work!
and it's continuously getting disconnected!
I mean the vBulletin makes my Apache server Disconnect!@
and the command in link line comes as ; http://localhost/profile.php?do=dst can you guys help me?
is it because it's a Beta version and not finally released??? or what is the matter??

help me! if some one already experienced this problem!
or if some one have any idea??

well,
I install it on Local host for testing purpose!
it installed succesfully! made some threads successfully! but why it's then making this probleM??

and how to do! i mean you need to help me! once i install! and where i get the MySQL created and then where to enable the php files etc??
