Problem while importing image ncording file

Corrently we are using nCode Image Resizer 1.0.1, but we are not able to import XML file from AdminCp.

We downloaded from this thread.

Can anyone solve the problem?
 
We tried many times, but the problem could not be solved also while importing XML file via admincp it shows a fatal error report. What could be the problem?

Can you give another plugin to solve our problem?

Disable All Products

Then Try Importing The File You Want...

Enable Them All.
