Problem : my admincp page not found

hi all
yesterday when i`m try to login to my admincp
i get page not found
i`m upgraded my forum after that
and the problem still there
i`m replaced index .php
and it`s not useful too
i`m disable hacks from config
no way too
plz some one help me
