PROBLEM / Members being logged out automatically

Hey there, I've been having a few number of members complaining to me recently that they're accounts are being logged out automatically after for examples they post a thread or after they refresh the forum home a couple times.

I'm assuming its just a setting in vBulletin I've missed so could someone please help me out with this?
 
It's set in seconds, so 30 minutes=1800 seconds. Set to whatever you want, but be aware that setting to 0 does not mean infinite. 0 means 0 and will give you a warning if you try.
