Problem installing

I got this error upon installing and im about to go to step 7.
Anyone got an idea to where should i fix this?

Heres the error:

Step 7) Importing Style Information

Importing vbulletin-style.xml
Fatal error: Call to undefined function xml_import_style() in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/forums/install/install.php on line 341

Its my first time to use and install vbulletin and i downloaded my version of nulled from demonoid.com. its still the same version posted in here though. i got 3.8.0 version nulled.

thanks but that didnt help too... still got the same problem and error. im uploading the version i downloaded here. maybe it'll fix. anyways, im still open for more suggestions and ideas on how to fix this.
 
looks like you might want to get a newer version to skip over that problem and get the newest features and latest tables too as well as the languages.
 
is vb3.8.0 the latest right?

EDIT: NEVERMIND my post.. i already fixed it.. i found out that i had uploaded a bad file... seems like there was a ping time out when i uploaded a file.. thanks for the help though guys..
