Can anyone recommend a server support company that can offer full server management for linux/cpanel as well as branded suport to the end users? They should be based in the US or Canada and offer a web based ticketing system as well as phone support answered in our company name.There are companies who bill per ticket, so if you get a large commitment you can get some decent prices. I have to agree with you about the phone support. Not that many outsourced companies offer it. It is mostly ticket/live chat support. One of the solutions for you might be to go wtih a dedicated team that will work just for your company.Take a look at SeeksAdmin (fast & professional).

It is the only feasible solution I can think of.
