Private Forums?

I'd like to know how to make 1 single forum that is private for all users - Meaning only the user who posts a topic, and staff members, can see the topic.
 
I think Buddy Forum mod will help you to make your forum private, where only buddies can post in the forum and only buddies can see each others post, and no one else.
 
I can't find that "Buddy Forum Mod"

The default user permissions don't do this sort of thing.
