Printing Pdf Directly

Does anyone happen to know if there is a way to print a pdf from a website without actually displaying the file?

I hope the question makes sense and that I have asked in the right spot.

TIA

a viable alternative would be to disable the "Saving" of the file... but I don't know how to do that either.
I doubt that the first option is viable. I think the file has to be opened first so it can translate the formatting to the printer and disabling tha save command might be useless as the file would still most likely be in the temp internet files anyway.

I will continue looking though.
Thanks Rob, both are very good points.

I imagine any type of encryption wouldn't suit either....nah.
This might be an option if you can find a way to get it to work here

http://xml.apache.org/fop/pdfencryption.html

Needs Java but there might be another option like that, might try looking at a Google of PDF encryption. I cant check from here while I am at work so I will try later too.
