Your thoughts on the video? Got any tips to share? IMO, Rand has mentioned the way that might be too hard for new webmasters or people who've been around for sometime. Another thing he mentioned that getting backlinks from top reputable sources. What I think not everyone is capable of creating a website or blog that will find potential linking partners.
I do like the video very informative and a Very Good Tip is be consistent and spend your time on creating quality content. You will build your brand soon if you are going smooth.
Also again I would like to mention here avoid purchasing the so-called High PR backlinks these links will definitely give you boost, but will hurt your website in long-term.
IMO, investing on content is much better than buying links or getting links from sources which are doubted by others. Investing your time into content is the way to go. I know that many people want to rank quickly and stay there, but as mentioned the tactics that will rank you quickly are going to be the same tactics that get you banned shortly there after. With all of the new changes, I hope that we will see it happen in a much quicker manner. More reinforcement that slow and steady wins the race when it comes to link building. Same with creating good content. Quote: Originally Posted by theseoguys More reinforcement that slow and steady wins the race...
