I need help with the following attempt<br />

I want too add a form on my site with a hidden email value that can be included in the link. to be used as a specific reply address. so basically different people can use the same form and have the info mail to them.<br />

Example: Service survey<br />

survey is kept at site.com/survey<br />
hidden value is the send to email address<br />
tom knows someone and wants to send them the survey. so i want to be able to let him send a link with his email that will prepopulate in the form but as a hidden value. but basically be universal to work for ANYONE without me having to do any database work or having the surveytaker enter it.<!--content-->if the surveyee does not enter the email address how is your page/script going to know what it should be? Webpages can not read minds, at least I don't think so.
