PR0 & PR n/a

I have a site where the PR for the home page registers as n/a but then when I go into other pages it comes up as PR0.

I know that it's an abbreviation for not applicable but what does the n/a mean in the context of page rank? PR n/a mean that Google didn't assigned a PR to that page, and that other pages are already ranked. Remember, PR mean PAGE rank, not site rank. It means that you doesn't have enough backlinks to even get a PR0..

Just my opinion.

Anyway, don't worry much about how that green bar looks. Worry on getting your site rank and you might eventually get a good green bar value.

OK, so I just need to work on getting more backlinks? Not just backlinks. Work on getting your site on rankings as well...

get more backlinks. and do blog commenting . Don't worry PR N/A and PR 0 doesn't have much difference. Just build quality links so that you can get PR.

NA means google not gives value of your website.... Pagerank 0 means Google has assigned Page Rank to the website but due to less quality of backlinks its been given a Page Rank 0. While in most of the cases when you have Page Rank N/A it means that your blog is very new(Less than 3 months). Again, to get a good Page Rank you will also have to build links to gain a good Page Rank. Quote: Originally Posted by seo-uk OK, so I just need to work on getting more backlinks? Yes try to get some do follow backlinks so only you can improve your page rank. N/A means pagerank has either not yet been assigned, A PR0 means the site has pagerank assigned, just that it doesn't have enough authority to reach even a PR1 Also, it's possible for an internal page to have a higher pagerank than the home page. It just depends on the backlinks. The meaning of N/A in Google's PR is not yet allowed because it has no PR yet for the website while PR 0 has value but in my estimation of the value is between .01 to .99.
