Basic question. Does the PR of the domain a link comes from or the PR of the individual page matter? Many websites have links pages that have a PR of 0, while the main page of the site has a PR of 5. If the link comes from the links page is it worth anything?PR stands for Page Rank and is for that page and not the domain, every/most links are of some worth, PR passes from page to page by links either internally or externally.I have a question too ... make a difference between this two links :My domain : http://www.trybestsoft.comandMy first page : http://www.trybestsoft.com/index.html I see different PR !Can someone explain me this ?Different pages in googles eyes. You could have :http://www. trybestsoft.com/index.html http://www. trybestsoft.com/index.asphttp://www. trybestsoft.com/index.phphttp://www. trybestsoft.com/default.html http://www. trybestsoft.com/default.asphttp://www. trybestsoft.com/default.phpThey can all get listed by google and spread PR rather than keeping to your homepage, that is why when you link back to your homepage from within your site you should link to http://www.trybestsoft.com and not any index file. Thanks for your answer sji2671 ! sji2671 wrote:
