I'd like to install a test-webserver on my computer so that I needn't get online all the time. The computer is running win98.
I couldn't see any install program for windows on the postgres site? Does there exist a windows-postgres edition?
I think I can install a windows PHP-server (right?), I think also Apache has a windows version (right?), so all I need is Postgres for Windows?
