Hi,
When I open a thread in my board and a user answer then i see it normal but all other users see that my posts in not on the top of the site. other users see my posts on the bottom.

change "Thread Display Mode" you will find it under vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options - Default Registration Options.... I think that's what you are after? I had trouble understanding your help request. :S
