Is it possible to use a 3.0.3 mod on a 3.7.4 vbulletin forum? or a 3.5.x on a 3.7.4 vbulletin forum?

because i used a 3.5.x on the 3.7.4 and have security token issues. any ideas?

Depends on the MOD but it is has a form, you can pretty much bet on a security token problem.
