I have a flash movie that contains a descending vertical line from the top edge (it doesn't move). I want to take that line to the very edge of the browser window. The movie is positioned in the top left corner of the window. I have tried to add a background image to the <body> tag but have found it difficult to align for both IE and netscape. <br />

How is the best way to approach this. Can it only be done through CSS and positioning ??<br />
