Poll Not Working

I use polls from <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.bravenet.com">www.bravenet.com</a><!-- w --> . I put them directly below my menu in the light gray area at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.sphosting.com/classicgames/">http://www.sphosting.com/classicgames/</a><!-- m --> . Before they worked, then all of a sudden they didn't even apear. <br />

I can't possibly see what's from with the E in <HEAD>. I don't think that's the problem anyway. I think it there is an error with the poll, because obviously the poll doesn't work. Here is the code for the poll:<br />
