How to Replace Image Verification on signup, with a phrase,

e.g instaed of image verification i want something to be typed by user in the text box,

as it is on the following link,

Plz Do Help me ASAP...as my forum is stuffed with spammers, and i really want it to be changed, may be this way these spammers can be controlled....
