Plugin Upload Error

Hi Guys i need help


WHEN EVER I UPLOAD A PLUGIN IT SHOWS

Code: 
A conflict was detected in the bitfields. You cannot continue with the installation of this product until this has been fixed. The conflicts found were:

    * Bitfield Collision: canwhosonlinefull = canwhosonlineip

ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PRBLEM I AM USING VB 3.7.0
 
Did you upload a addon called ( canwhosonlineip ) if you did then uninstall it and del the files from the site as well. i had same problem then i found out it was some think to do with a addon so i del uninstalled it and del the addons files from site has well and it let me upload so try what i just told u.
