You should join Odesk and post your job there, there are hundreds of writers there who would write very detailed and interesting ebooks for you for a small cost.

Don't promote other peoples ebooks, hire someone to create an ebook for you, it will be beneficial in the long run. Start by posting in forums to promote your ebook, and other free resources.
