Please i Need Help with my forum

Hello

I have a big problem .
I have a Forum 3.6.4 and i had a host in lunarpages but after a few times or 3 months i didn't have a problem but now i am having so much problems.
I think it's a hacker atack because lunarpages disable my index.php and my all my forum follder they say delete the follder and then we will reactive the host
The Say that i have make spam with the logs because so many logs are going to my email when a error it shows.I have disable the errors in my cpanel of vbulletin .

and after that i have buy a another host to lunarpages at another server and after a day that i have started my forum working ,they disable my index.php and i have say him to re enable that and they told me now that :

It seems your script was disabled due to high resource usage. I have re-enabled it so that you may download, optimize, or completely remove it. If you leave it as is without modification and it causes high resource usage again, it will again have to be disabled.

Can anyone help me to repair this and maybe it's because i have the vbulletin 3.6.4 and how can i disable all emails with logs
 
vB3.6.4 is not only out-dated, but also very un-secure. Google 'vBulletin 3.6.4 exploits' and you'll see what I mean. Try upgrading to the latest vBulletin version, But I advise you to steer clear away from vBulletin 3.7.0 beta 1/2
 
aha ok but can you tell me how to upgrate from the version 3.6.4
i think only upload the files and then to start the install.php
It is so or must i do anything else .

and which version do you think it's better to use that is posted in the forum vbulletin 3.6.8 to upgrate please

AND CAN ANYONE tell me how to disable all email erorrs and logs errors how to disable it all .
