Right now I have two links and one returns an error<br />

It is essentially the same , except the folder name has a forward slash in the name which I think confuses IE. <br />

that is the name of the folder? then that is invalid for IE. it thinks it is a seperate folder. not confusing it, Ie is doing the correct thing.<!--content-->IS/Finance is the name of the folder.
