How can u administer a webforum without any knowlegde about the backend of it?
Shouting in a big red font on your first post doesn't help either m8.
Try to learn the basics from vb.com and come back later to ask gently questions to this community. My guess is: your being ignored now.

please explain very details, does your forum hacked? or you can't control your administrator account now because got hacked by someone? please use search function before post at here. ask gently the question at here.ProBulletin

1. Forum logo is located in the misc folder of the skin under the name logo.gif to change this acess the PSD's with photoshop edit the logo PSD. then save it as logo.gif then upload it in your misc folder.
2. Ranks can be added from the "Users Ranks" catagory from the admin control panel ( /admincp/index.php ).

1. Pro what if its not there in misc where would it be and how to edit? what if the theme did not come with a psd file how do you edit the logo? banner? header? etc?
2. save it in gif, png, jpeg depends on the file it self on how you save it.
roh your form is messed up with the hacks you have installed and not fixed the issues. I would also recommend you remove your link so your site does not get reported.

super n0000000000000b x_X that hurt my eyes anyway man why don't you try starting moderating some forum learning the basics, and then only then try to administer a board, in firts place no one will come to a forum where the admin don't know how his forum works, think of this if your members got a issue what will you do? get some experience ;D that's my advice cya
oof::::...we all understand the rush aspect where you rush in and try to setup a good site but it still requires basic knowledge of the forums features, my forum have been online 2weeks
and there ins't much on the admin end that cannot be learned just by trial and error.
best advice is to go through each and every option under the AdminCP and read the descriptions if it that still eludes you click the little question mark button beside it for help on that section. my advice learn the basics, and knowledge of how servers work, PHP XML CSS and SQL skills is always a plus. as far as logos and such make your own, Photoshop CS3 Extended, Pain't Shop Pro etc.
