Great work psm, continue the great work. I agree. I have also been with platinumservermanagement now it's been about a year and they have been great. I've had a few urgent issues that I just couldn't handle myself and I opened a ticket and within minutes it was fixed. They are the best. Thanx guys!! You get an A++++++ in my bookPSM has always been very professional with its customers. I would highly recommend them too.I use PSM few years. They do excellent work, but their service have limits.
For example my server was down today, they send reboot request to hoster and ... that it ... but hoster didn't reboot my server(they promises me they didn't receive the e-mail) ... :bawling: :bawling: :bawling:
I’m ready to pay more for service like they provide, but I want more quality actions for situation when server down.
P.S. What happened with WHT today? Looks like rackspace change server to PC XT 4 MHz ... I use PSM few years. They do excellent work
Thanks for your compliments.

We did our job by sending the reboot request. We also provided you with the mail transport logs for proof. If your host forgot to reboot it, that is not our fault. That is your host's fault.
Our mail server logs that we provided to you clearly proves their mail system successfully received our reboot request. There is no doubt about it. There is no way that they can deny receiving it.
I'm sorry to say, but your host dropped the ball on this one, not us. We did our job by sending them the reboot request, we provided proof of that, it is your host that failed to process the reboot request.... your host dropped the ball on this one, not us. We did our job by sending them the reboot request, we provided proof of that ... ... and host can provide tonns of proof ... that's for sure. Actually for website owner doesn’t matter who is right: host or admin.
I still must monitor my monitoring system ... hi guys, just wondering how long its gonna take to activate a new account? have signed up this morning before 9 and still haven't received my welcome email... and host can provide tonns of proof ... that's for sure.
We provided proof that we sent the reboot request.
We provided proof that their mail server accepted it.
What proof can they provide to the contrary? All they are saying is they didn't receive it, that's not proof.
Actually for website owner doesn’t matter who is right: host or admin.
That's true, but you have decided to publicly push the blame on us, and therefore it does matter who is right. It not only matters to us, but it also matters to the readers here that your post will influence.
We followed our procedures on time and exactly as described and have proof of it. We are already discussing the changes you want to your monitoring details via our helpdesk with you. So unless you are prepared to provide proof contradicting ours, there is no point arguing this any further here in this thread. It is only going to give people the wrong picture of us and hurt our reputation. I don't think that is your intention so if you have any other questions or concerns, it would be best to please discuss it with us directly.

I have to inform people: after the discussion PSM adjusted the reboot procedure. Now it's double-checked.
I think, this is a real sample for other service providers how to build solid business.
