When I first started with PSM, I basically assumed it was $29 for guys with minimal experience who were there to handle my busy work.
Regardless of whether that was indeed the case then, it's certainly not now. They truly do know what they're doing, and the response to tickets has been LIGHTNING fast. I never wait more than 10-15 minutes before hearing something back梚t's usually a solution.That's one of the nice things about them is their quick responses. ive spoken to at least 3 of there employess on the phone, they are located in nj, they dont outsource/offshore at allIt would be helpful to know how long you have been with PSM. I made it 3 days.I've been with PSM for 3 months and I cannot stand people who trash in these threads. PSM has been great and never given me issues. LoisTo add to this thread, we have been with PSM for over 2 years....and all I have to say is this company is our first choice when it comes to supporting our line of servers. The ability to tackle the problem and deliver possitive solutions are always their strong points, and the fact that all of our support tickets answered in a time frame which is always appriciated by our staff. If we had to rate these guys...definetley tey would get a top score.Can't brag enough about PSM.... Outstanding people there.... I trust them to take care of all of our high level issues, they never let me down -steveWe've used PSM as a backup for server issues in the past and I must say they should definetely change their ETA for their response time. We never received a response that took longer than 1 hour. The only thing I have found a problem with PSM is that they were unable to access my server via KVMoIP - their browsers block Java. I had to get another management company to access the server in this one instance - but in PSM's defence they admitted that KVMoIP access is something they need to look at - It would certainly increase their effectiveness in certain situations:gthumb:I've been with PSM for 3 months and I cannot stand people who trash in these threads.
