Phpbb3 to vBulletin (Need Help Urgent)

Umm, i just converted phpbb3 to vB 3.7.x/3.8.1 and apparently i am having some problems with threads not showing up. I mean for example i got 30 threads in "My Category", when i click on my Category i only see few of them, so the question is = "Where is the rest of them.. I am sure there should be some kind of a second page or something..

go to your vBulletin Admin Control Panel -> Maintenance and read what each function does, and then do the ones that apply to you

(update thread counters should be one.)
