php saves empty record in mysql

Hi,

I'm a newbie =)
I have the following problem:

I have a simple html form validated with javascript to avoid empty fields... when form is ok I send an email and then save the info in a mysql table...
well, when I connected to my tables I see many records that are empty. 靠??
it's too weird for me, because I'm validating with javascript to avoid this.

someone have any idea???
