PHP -> Oracle with Oci8 on Linux

Does anybody of any known problem with php talking to oracle on linux? I'v posted before but im still stuck, if anyone has or knows about a PHP, Oracle, Linux (RedHat 7) combination and knows it works, dont surpose they could tell me how:) i'm probably missing somthing silly.
