Php Listserv Solution

Hi... am looking for suggestions for a listserv written in php that will send out emails in batch over time in order to satisfy the requirements for sending email on a TCH web site. Tried dadamail cgi and not happy with it as it doesn't have moderation features. Am using Mailman but our list is getting so big that emails going out are surpassing TCH's limits.<br /><br />Suggestions?<!--content-->
