PhotoPlog.Pro.v2.1.4.8 problem to install

I have PhotoPlog.Pro.v2.1.4.8.PHP.NULL-DGT and i upload all file in root director and nothing happens. I don't understand how to instal and how to make him to work. Please help me. Thanks
 
Did you import the xml file into vBulletin?

AdminCP -> Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Products -> browse to find the product-photoplog.xml file and click Import.

Then read the readme.txt file for configuration setup.
 
when i import the produc-photoplog.xml i have this error.

I reupload all files and i install product-photoplog.xml but aftaer i install i have this error up to forum, like in picture
 
Apparently your host is running safe_mode on your server. Check with your host to see if it's possible to turn it off locally by creating a local php.ini file.
 
Contact your host and ask if:

1) Safe_mode is turned on for your account

2) Is it possible to turn safe_mode off for your account
 
Looking at your error message again, it's not a problem with safe_mode. The problem is you haven't read the installation instructions carefully.

This part of the error message tells me something is not configured correctly. Go back and read the installation instructions carefully especially regarding editing the configuration files.
