Permissions problem

hello

i have converted my forum from ipb to vb

every thing is working ok

but the user groups was different

so i moved admins from the old usergroup in ipb to administrator

then weird problem happen

i can't edit topics or any else moderation option

be4 i move the members to the administartor user group i was able to do moderate forums

but now i can't edit any topic

i checked all permissions and everything is set right

so can anybody help ?

it was problem of cockies

Delete the vBulletin cookies in your browser. If that doesn't fix the problem you will need to run tools.php and remove the cookies that are cached in your vbulletin.
