PendingDELETE -- How long? 5 days or 36 days?

I'm looking to buy a domain but am a bit confused! it says pendingDELETE but it has been in this state since April 6th. Which means that it should have come out of it on the 11th or 12th right?

or does that status last longer? anyone with a definitive answer? or a link where I can find it?
