Parking Panel autopilot SUCKS!

I have some low traffic names that weren't doing that great at ND. So, I moved them over to Parking Panel from about 5 months ago. They were still generating some rev. Not much but some. I had them manually optimized. That part of Parking Panel is kind of nicely done. I wanted to see if their touted autopilot abilities were any good. I think they suck. I've been flat for 10 days and counting! THAT'S TEN DAYS! I sent an email to Britt a few days back, but haven't heard anything.Has anyone had a good experience with their auto pilot?
