Paid suscriptions not wokring

i searched before i thought to post this. but i had no luck with this issue.

i have settuped a paid subscriptions on my forums wich will change the primary user group to VIP. i created the group VIP in user groups before i created the subscription.

so now i wanted to test this. i registered an test account and loged in and went to paid subcriptions and bought myself the paid subcription using different paypal account then the one my website is registered with.

Payment went smooth. i have the fund in my forums paypal account. but even after that the user group didn't change for my test account and neither did the payment got entered into vbulletin. but then i went into transaction logs i see that there is a transction made but there is an error [Failure]. (check the attached images)

every setting is fine. before i didnt hav IPN settedup in my paypal but i did
now. so after adding the http://www.mydomain.com/forum/payment_gateway.php?method=paypal to my paypal i get the FAILURE msg wich i wasnt getting before.

can someone please give me a helping hand on this? i need to fix this issue.

Are you 100% sure you are receiving the appropriate funds into the account?

I had a similar issue in the past (same messages) but mine would never reach my bank.

This is an important piece of information so please make sure to check this.

Also note, you can test your paypal information without sending money through the "test communications" feature under User subscriptions.

Run the test & post an image of your result (minus your website links & such).
