Is that sub-pages affect rank on main homepage.
If my website has 2 pages with pagerank 2,no outlinks and point to main homepage, so what the homepage pagerank would be?
Is it good to set rel=nofollow to all outlinks?

Thanks. If your website inner pages has the nice pr then it will be beneficial for the home page pr. As you might not know that root domain be assigned the page rank after the value given to the each page of the site as per their inbound & outbound links , content , bounce rate and conversion rate. So again if you have the nice rank for all the pages then it will affect the main page positively and not need to drive them to the homepage.
And if you want to do page sculpting then do for such pages that has higher quality content and you do not want to pass your that page rank to other site then make it nofollow. internal link direction is the art of on-page SEO, If you want to get a high pr page, make sure that the page is linked from others (
