Page-Wide Rollover effect help

Hello. I have a question about a rollover that effects the entire page.
If you would look at: http://test.interfaceuniversity.com.
I want to be able to roll over the top buttons, and when I do, make the left buttons, and the picture as well as any other content, change to whatever button is rolled over.
For example, health will be default, and when you rollover the "technical" button, the left side buttons change to the technical buttons 1-5, and also the picture and content area will change to technical. I also want it to stay there and not go back to default when you leave the top button, in other words, everything changes only when you roll over the top buttons.
Also, is there any way to make the left side buttons have a pop out/extended menu to the right and have links? I know there is probably many way, but I would like something simple to implement.
One last thing, I can't seem to figure out how to center the left side buttons perfectly in the left sidebar.
As you can tell, I am new to CSS, any help would be great. Thanks.www.vladdy.net/Demos/contentPreview.htmlThanks Vladdy, for the reference. I used that and came up with something that half way works. http://test.interfaceuniversity.com.
Now, it works like I want, but how would I make the left hand side links change when top buttons are rolled over?Does not work in real browsers.
You make the left side nav part of the block that is being shown/hiddenPraytell, what is a "real" browser?www.mozilla.org
