I got few questions. How are you paid when it comes to page impressions? Are Page impressions every page on your site on with google ads, or is it just counted as 1 for the whole site? And what's the average for how much ppl normally get when it comes to page impressions?Does it matter where u locate your ads, as far as google is concerned?
