Order thread in forum alphabetically

Hi

i have a warez forum

i tohuht that to make it easier for people to navigate that i should enable a oreder system of the alphabet

so how do i do this, i want posts to be ordered throught the alphabet they start with and not the date they where posted

so a
b
c
d
e
f
g

and instead of having page numbers could i have a.b.c.d.e to make itmeasier for members to navigate
