Opening a SEO company...

Hi all...Well, I am still thinking about it . Opening SEO company. I know there are alot, but I want to open a new one in my country, in my launguage. Here the SEO business start to work better than it was 3 years ago- but I feel there is enough space in the market - and this is the right time to jump inside.My questions are :1. is it better to develope a software or to give a service of SEO ?2. There is a chance for a business that only works on SEO? I mean - no web designing/developing ? Can I focus on SEO only?3. Any suggestions for begging ? What type of Software would you create. You could probably just overbrand some existing product and earn an affiliate income off that. Personally I would never buy any SEO software again - I burnt my fingers when I stared. In my eyes SEO is all manual work. I thought to offer the same thing in my country but living in Mallorca and the time/money spent communicating with clients didn't work out. You'd need excellent references to before companies would consider you.Probably the easiest way to start would be to say you can get all a clients pages indexed in Google and you'll seek BLs (time consuming - That's why someone would pay you!) on their behalf. Create a adwords account, advertise for link exchange/backlinks in your language and region. Just doing that that you should make a profit. Not much but the more clients you get the more.....Want some help give me a shout, I need some extra cash!Think about seo it
