I am very much new to EMR and HL7.I have separate installations of Joomla CMS and OpenEMR. I need my JoomlaCMS to send HL7 messages to OpenEMR and receive response in HL7 over internet.I dont know where to start, is there a way to achieve this. My other questions:Is there any online EMR services that receive and sent HL7 messages?Can PHP create and parse HL7 messages? Because I saw https://github.com/pear/Net_HL7 only create hl7 messages and does not parse it.
